KDCs are partnerships between the World Bank and leading state and private universities around the country. They are hubs for dialogue and research on development issues. The annual meeting is a platform where members of the KDC network can discuss procurement reform and social accountability issues, the use of technology as a knowledge sharing tool, as well as partnership opportunities.
